Subprocessors
Oceum engages the following third-party subprocessors to deliver the AI agent governance platform. Each subprocessor processes data only as necessary for the specific purpose described below, and is bound by data processing obligations consistent with our Data Processing Agreement.

How We Select Subprocessors
Before engaging any subprocessor, Oceum conducts a due diligence assessment covering the subprocessor's security practices, data protection measures, and compliance with applicable data protection laws. Each subprocessor is required to enter into contractual obligations that are consistent with this list and our Data Processing Agreement.
Notification of Changes
Pursuant to Section 5 of our Data Processing Agreement, Oceum will notify active customers of any intended changes to this subprocessor list at least 30 days in advance. Notifications are sent to the email address associated with the Controller's account.
