Per-org HMAC-SHA256 key root isolates both knowledge vectors (Recall compression, 99.7% cosine fidelity) and credentials (zero-knowledge vault proxy, blind relay). Agents operate on encrypted data end-to-end without ever holding raw secrets or raw vectors from another tenant.
